First Blog :)

I just returned from our annual National Court Reporters Association Firm Owners' meeting in Dana Point, California.  I always learn so much, especially how I need to have my firm, Hart Reporting, blogging, tweeting, Facebooking, etc!  (Good thing is, I can follow my teenage girls now on Twitter...they'll love that)
Court reporting has changed a lot over the years...but one thing has not:  Customer service.  I feel our firm has a good grasp on exceeding our clients' expectations, but I'm sure we can all step it up in many ways.  I am planning to call and/or pop in for a visit to some clients I haven't seen for a long while.  Usually, I take it personally when I don't hear from someone for a few months, but I need to view that as an opportunity to get some face time with my clients!
